HR Advisor - Heathrow Airport - Excellent Package

Anderson Young Aviation are currently looking for a professional, well presented individual who is well organised with a keen eye to detail to join our office at Heathrow Airport

General Purpose

•To provide HR services and support to the middle manager and employees.

•To ensure that HR support is provided in a timely, professional manner.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

•Supporting and advising:

Middle management on people management issues

Aiding general staff on day to day queries and concerns

Supporting middle and duty managers in HR matters

Supporting managers at disciplinary, investigation and grievance hearings and other meetings as required.

•Advising and training middle managers on best practice solutions in regard to people management issues.

•Proactive in the development of HR and T&A systems and the extension of their usage through the business.

•Managing recruitment process.

•Referrals to occupational health and discussing reports with HR manager.

•Updating HR manager on current HR issues.


Relevant Qualifications and Experience

•Minimum CIPD level 5

•CPD, working towards CIPD level 7 status.

•Microsoft Word and Excel proficient.

•Intermediate Excel.

Transport Planner - Up to £28K Salary - Heathrow - Nights Only


Working as part of a busy transport team within the cargo freight terminal at Heathrow.


This is a permanent role and working on a 4 and 4 shift pattern.

Night shifts only:  18:00 - 06:00

Salary based on experience around £28k per annum.


Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

- Digi tachograph downloads and inspections.

- Planning driver’s activity.

- Driver’s first port of call.

- Planning routes and logging collections/ communicating with drivers/ warehouses/ customers.

- Planning driver’s roster.

- Liaising with agencies and maintaining a fleet of vehicles (booking services and repairs).

- Ensuring drivers remain compliant.

- Maintaining databases (Training to be given.).

- Processing customer drivers’ paperwork.

- You will be working independently as well as a part of a team so you will need to work on own initiative at all times.

- Job costs using agreed Customer rates.

Transport Admin - £22-23K - Heathrow


Working as part of a busy transport team within the cargo freight terminal at Heathrow.

This is a permanent role 

Monday to Friday

Day shifts 09:00 - 17:00

Salary based on experience around £22k - 23k per annum.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Providing customer service
  • Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment and storage
  • Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices
  • Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
  • Sending out and receiving mail and packages
  • Preparing business correspondence, agendas, and presentations, typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
  • Sending faxes and emails
  • Managing documents and files
  • Performing multifaceted general office support
  • Sending and receiving documents for the company
  • Answering the phone
  • Assisting in various daily operations
  • Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers
  • Managing mailing or distribution lists as needed
  • Greeting guests and visitors
